The great tournament in rugby is currently taking place in England. Lots of teams are participating and each one is eager to win.
But recently, a really disastrous event occurred with one of the players of the English team — Courtney Laws. During the recent match this Sunday he got a really serious injury to his head and will not be able to return to his teammates earlier than in two weeks’ time.
This might be a really stressful event for the coach, the team and the fans. But the player is going through the recovery process really quickly. He is planning to resume his practice and training as soon as possible — after being added to Eddie Jones’ 36-man squad on Monday.
The drastic events
What’s more, the information is exchanged on the player’s well-being every day on his current health state between the man and his coach at the training group as well as his managers.
For the first time in his life, Hunter set a record by playing in his one hundred and thirty-eight game for the England team in his home country. His personal coach Jones received the good news recently and that was a major boost in his career as a coach. During the tournament, his team turned out to be victorious in all the matches as South Africa, New Zealand and Japan — they were named to the squad for the four fall matches.
The team captain
Courtney Laws, a person who was expected to serve as the captain of the team, to a great disappointment of both his coach and his teammates, will not be able to play for England, though. He is currently undergoing a recovery procedure protocol after suffering a head injury six weeks ago. After being absent from the last week’s practice in Jersey due to a concussion, Owen Farrell was added to the roster. Louis Ludlam’s absence from the test against the Pumas adds to the list of injuries that England is already dealing with, leaving 18 players out of the match.
But still, everybody is hoping for the best and are still willing to play the upcoming matches. The team spirit remains unbreakable and they are all looking forward to playing the game and winning.
