Djokovic Will Get His Australian Visa Back

Djokovic, a professional tennis player, has been granted a visa by the authorities of Australia, enabling the tennis player to compete in the next year world tennis contest. According to the recent news reports, the previous administration decided to revoke Djokovic’s visa on the eve of the 2022 Open, but the head of the ministry of immigration A. Giles is now going to grant him a visa, stopping the 3-year prohibition.

Changes of regulations

Djokovic’s visa was revoked by the Australian authorities in January 2022 on the evidence that his Covid illness did not support an immunity from Australia’s visitor vaccination requirements. Despite receiving an impermanent relief in the Federal District, Djokovic’s presence in Australia, according to the immigration government minister A. Hawke, could cause civil unrest.

In his attempt to win a record-tying 21st Grand Slam title and 10th Australian Open title, Djokovic was a losing party in a 2nd case in state court, which led to his banishment years ahead of the competition.

Since then, Australia no longer requires visitors to be immunized. The minister must make sure there are compelling reasons for the repatriation of individuals whose visas have already been canceled in order to lift the three-year ban. After succeeding in his first game at the ATP final last week, Djokovic told reporters that he has yet no official announcement from the Australian authorities. He said that he is in touch with the Australian government. And that is all he had to say at that time.

Time for decision

But still, the Australian government showed hope on Tuesday that the Serb champion would be permitted to compete there. All applicants for visas currently go through a standard application process. The state daily news e-mail highlights the most important domestic and foreign narratives of the daytime, as well as other important matters. No one ought to receive preference, in my opinion.

The tennis champion showed his hopes for receiving the Australian visa in the future. He desires to play in the world competition there in order to resume his tennis career. The deadline for the decision to be made is yet fixed, but still, everyone will await it in the near future. Novak loves Australia, and that’s where he’s had the most success. Although he is aware of the circumstances, coordination with the federal government is necessary.
